2. Remove suction manifold (1). Disconnect oil outlet hose assembly (2) and remove elbow (3) from the pump. 3. Disconnect two hose assemblies (5) and (6) from the pump. Remove fitting (4) from the pump.4. Remove tube assembly (7) from the pumps. 5. Fasten a hoist to the pump and remove two bolts (8) that hold the pump in position.6. Remove the front axial piston pump (9). The weight of the pump is 134 lb. (60 kg).Install Axial Piston Pump (Front)
1. Inspect all O-ring seals for damage and make replacements if necessary. 2. Put O-ring seal (2) in place on the pump.3. Fasten a hoist and put pump (1) in position on the machine. Install the two bolts that hold the pump in place. 4. Install tube assembly (5) to the pumps. Install fitting (3) in the pump. Make sure the O-ring seal is in place on the fitting.5. Connect two hose assemblies (4) and (6) to the pump. 6. Install elbow (8) and connect oil outlet hose assembly (7) to the pump. Make sure the O-ring seals are in place.7. Fill the front pump with SAE 10 hydraulic oil as shown.
Do not start the engine until the pump is first filled with oil.
8. Put O-ring seal (10) in place and install suction manifold (9) as shown.9. Fill the hydraulic tank to the correct level.10. Install the panel assembly.
