Installation Procedure
Check all of the O-ring seals and the components for wear or damage. Replace the components, if necessary.
Lubricate all of the O-ring seals lightly with the lubricant that is being sealed.

Position a suitable lifting device on gear pump (2).
Position gear pump (2) and the gasket to the torque converter. Install bolts (5) that hold gear pump (2) to the torque converter. The weight of gear pump (2) is approximately 60 kg (132 lb).

Connect tube assembly (4) to gear pump (2).

Connect hose assembly (3) to gear pump (2).

Connect hose assembly (1) to gear pump (2).
Refill the torque converter sump with oil. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Torque Converter Sump Oil - Change". End By:
Remove the body retaining pin. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Retaining Ring and Pin (Body) - Remove and Install".
