( 1 ) Cut the lockwire to a length 200.0 mm (7.87 inch).Start By:
Remove batteries.
If equipped, remove sweeps.

Turn ball valves (1) to the OFF position. Disconnect hoses (2) .
Disconnect harness assemblies (3) and bracket (4) . Reposition harness assemblies (3) and bracket (4) .
Disconnect harness assembly (6) and cut cable straps (5) . Reposition harness assembly (6) .

Disconnect cable assembly (7) and hoses (9) . Remove cable straps (8) and reposition hoses (9) .

Remove cover assembly (10) .

Attach a suitable lifting device to cab (11) . The weight of cab (1) is approximately 1950 kg (4300 lb).

Remove cotter pin (12) and pin (13) and reposition cab tilt cylinder (14) .

Disconnect cable assembly (15) .
Attach a suitable lifting device to cab (11) . Remove pins (16) and bolts (17) . Repeat for the opposite side. Remove cab (11) .Installation Procedure
Install cab (11) in the reverse order of removal.
Apply Tooling (B) to pins (16) and the underside head of bolts (17) .

Install Tooling (A) in order to secure the harness assembly (10) . Install Tooling (A) in a clockwise direction. Refer to Special Instruction, "REHS5556" for the correct procedure.
