Remove the fumes disposal group.
Remove the wastegate solenoid.

Disconnect tube assembly (1) .
Remove clip (3) and position the hose assemblies out of the way. Remove bracket (2) .

Remove clamp (6) and remove elbow (4) .
Disconnect harness assembly (7) and remove hose assembly (8). Disconnect ether line (5) .
Loosen clip (9) and clamp (11). Remove inlet manifold (10) .

Disconnect harness assembly (12) .
Remove O-ring seal (15). Remove bolts (13) and remove inlet manifold (14) .

Remove bolts (16) and remove tube (17) from inlet manifold (10). Remove plug (21) .
Remove O-ring seal (18). Remove wave ring (20) and tube (19) from tube (17) .Installation Procedure
Install inlet manifolds (10) and (14) in the reverse order of removal.
Apply Tooling (A) uniformly to the face of inlet manifold (14) and assemble within 10 minutes of application.
Apply Tooling (B) to the threads of plug (21) .
Tighten clamps (6) and (11) to 20 1 N m (177 9 lb in).
