The location of the 274-7575 Oil Filter Gp (7) is on the left side of the machine in front of the hoist tube (9), and behind fuel tank (8).
Do not allow any dirt or foreign material to get into the hydraulic system during assembly, connection of lines, when components are filled with fluid, or during any maintenance operation.
Care must be taken to ensure that fluids are contained during performance of inspection, maintenance, testing, adjusting, and repair of the product. Be prepared to collect the fluid with suitable containers before opening any compartment or disassembling any component containing fluids.Refer to Special Publication, NENG2500, "Dealer Service Tool Catalog" for tools and supplies suitable to collect and contain fluids on Cat® products.Dispose of all fluids according to local regulations and mandates.

Remove the end of hose assembly (G) and, O-Ring seal (H) from tee assembly (A). Move the hose assembly out of the way and, support the hose assembly. Discard the O-Ring seal.
Remove hose assembly (C) and two O-Ring seals (D) from the machine. One O-Ring seal will be from tee assembly (A), and one O-Ring seal will be from elbow assembly (E). Save the hose assembly. Discard the O-Ring seals.
Remove tee assembly (A) and, O-Ring seal (B) from the machine. Save the tee assembly. Discard the O-Ring seal.
Remove elbow assembly (E) and, O-Ring seal (F) from the machine. Save the elbow assembly. Discard the O-Ring seal.

Remove the four bolts (T), four hard washers (U), two half flanges (V), and adapter (W) from the machine. Move the end of hose assembly (J) out of the way and, support the hose assembly. Discard O-Ring seal (K). Save the half flanges. Discard the rest of the parts.
Remove the four bolts (N), four hard washers (P), two half flanges (R), and adapter (S) from the machine. Move the end of hose assembly (L) out of the way and, support the hose assembly. Discard O-Ring seal (M).Save the half flanges. Discard the rest of the parts.

Remove the four bolts (X), four hard washers (Y), two half flanges (Z), and O-Ring seal (AA) from the top end of hose assembly (L). Save all the hardware. Remove the hose assembly, and the O-Ring seal from the machine. Discard the hose assembly, and the O-Ring seal.

Assemble one O-Ring seal (1) to the end of hose assembly (7). Use the four bolts (X), four hard washers (Y), and two half flanges (Z) saved in the previous Step to assemble the hose assembly to the machine.

Install one O-Ring seal (1) into the end of hose assembly (J).
