3     8     7K-9205     Lip Type Seal    The new 5M-6214 Pipe Plug (1), 3G-2580 Bearing (2), and 7K-9205 Lip Type Seal (3) are part of ripper arrangement.3G-2580 Bearing (2) with two 7K-9205 Lip Type Seal (3) are a direct replacement of the former 9W-0099 Bushing .The parts listed in Table 1 are adaptable to the machines that are listed above.Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Ripper Frame - Remove and Install" for your machine.Note: The 1P-0510 Driver Gp will aid in the installation of the nonmetallic bearing and lip type seals.Note: Thoroughly clean ripper bore prior to bearing and lip type seal installation. Lowering the temperature of the nonmetallic bearings will not be needed prior to installation. Lip type seals are to be installed after the bearing is installed. Grease zerks on indicated locations will need to be removed and pipe plugs will need to be installed.
