The upper 349-5184 Guard As (1) may interfere with the ROPS AC condenser blower motor screens. This guard assembly can be modified to increase clearance. The modified guard assembly is adaptable to the machines that are listed in Table 1.

Remove the upper ROPS AC guard assembly (A) and retain the hardware for reassembly. Refer to Illustration 2.

Rows 6-8 : Remove material between the specified holes (B) creating hexagonal cutouts as shown. Hole pattern is not symmetric, view is shown from above, count from top/left
Modify upper ROPS AC guard assembly (A) as shown in Illustration 3 and 4.
Install the modified upper ROPS AC guard assembly (1) using the retained hardware. Note: Make sure that there is adequate clearance to the fan covers with the new cut-out area. If not, modify the perforated guard assembly to provide adequate clearance.
