Removal Procedure
Start By:
Remove the crankshaft vibration damper and the pulley.

Attach a suitable lifting device to the engine front support (1). The weight of the engine front support is approximately 27 kg (60 lb).
Remove eight bolts and washers (2) .
Remove the engine front support (1) .Installation Procedure

Attach a suitable lifting device to the engine front support (1). The weight of the engine front support is approximately 27 kg (60 lb).
Lift the engine front support (1) into position.
Install eight bolts and washers (2). Tighten the bolts (2) to a torque of 105 20 N m (77 15 lb ft).End By: Install the crankshaft vibration damper and pulley.
Start By:
