Remove belt (1). Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Belt - Inspect/Adjust/Replace"
Remove bolts (2) and remove pulley (3).

Remove one bolt (4) and install Tooling (A).
Remove remaining bolts (4). Use two people in order to remove vibration damper assembly (5). The weight of vibration damper assembly (5) is approximately 46 kg (100 lb).

Remove bolts (9) and remove spacer (7).
Separate damper (7) from adapter (8). Installation Procedure
Install vibration damper (7) in the reverse order.
Apply Tooling (B) to bolts (6).
Tighten bolts (6) to a torque of 270 40 N m (200 30 lb ft).
