Fully extend the ejector cylinders.

Support ejector cylinder (4) on wood blocks.

Ensure that the ejector plate end of ejector cylinder (4) is vertical.
Repeat Step 2 and Step 3 for the other side.

Install Tooling (A) , Tooling (B) , and a suitable lifting device to ejector plate (3) . The weight of ejector plate (3) is approximately 2700 kg (5950 lb). Install ejector plate (3) .

Align the bores of ejector plate (3) and of the bore of the ejector cylinder.
Install pin assembly (7) .

Install the spacer, bolt (5) and bolt (6) .
Repeat Step 6 through Step 8 for the other side.
Start the engine.
Retract the ejector plate.
Stop the engine.

Install ejector plate stops (1) and (2) . Refer to Specifications, "Ejector Body" for the location of the ejector stops.
Repeat Step 13 for the other side.End By: Separate the steering frame lock. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Steering Frame Lock - Separate and Connect".
