Remove Instrument Panel
The instrument panel can be in the way of some service procedures. For most procedures the panel can be lowered to get better access. 1. Remove bolts and nuts (1). 2. Loosen bolts and nuts (2) and move panel (3) forward. 3. Disconnect tube assemblies (4) at the block.4. Give support to panel (3) and remove bolts (5). 5. Carefully lower panel (3). Use a piece of light wire to hold the bracket to the engine. This will prevent forward movement of the panel.Install Instrument Panel
1. Put panel in position, install bolts (2) and connect tube assemblies (1) to the block. 2. Install bolts (3). 3. Tighten bolts (4).
