Navigate to the Technical Marketing Information (TMI) home screen.
Select the "TMI WEB" drop-down menu and choose "Engine/Parts Data".

Enter the serial number in the "Reference Number" field.
Select the "Serial Number" in the drop-down menu.

Select the "Emissions Data".

Select "Request Portal" to create an account if necessary.
If an account is already active, choose "Need emission replacement label? Click here!".

Select item 6 "General Cert or Conformance".
Select "General Emissions Conformance Inquiry".

Fill in the following fields with the appropriate information
Phone Number
Email Address
Dealer Code
Select the appropriate engine brand from the drop-down menu.
Select the appropriate engine size from the drop-down menu.

Use the "Additional Comments" box for your request. Be sure to include the PI or PS number for the Service Letter and the complete shipping address.Note: This is a general use from and some fields will not apply.
Press "Create". The labels will be shipped in 3 to 5 business days.
