Introduction
The swashplate angle sensor is used to determine the swashplate position. The machine ECM uses the swashplate angle sensor to determine pump displacement. Use the following procedure to calibrate the swashplate angle sensor.Machine Preparation
Position the machine on level ground.
Start the engine.
Increase the hydraulic oil temperature to 55° 5°C (131° 9°F).Calibration Procedure
Monitor Procedure
Enter the "Service" menu on the monitor.
Enter password "9992".
Select "Calibration" menu.
Select "Swash Plate".Note: Engine speed will increase to 1800 rpm during calibration.
If no error occurs, the calibration was complete successfully.ET Procedure
Select the ECM for "Machine Control".
Select the "Calibrations" from the "Service" menu.
Select "Hydraulic Pumps Swash Plate Angle Calibration".
Select "Start".Note: Engine speed will increase to 1800 rpm during calibration.
If no error occurs, the calibration was completed successfully.
