1. Remove screws (1) from fuse plate (2). 2. Disconnect two wiring harnesses (3) from the back of fuse plate (2) and remove fuse plate (2) from the cab.3. If necessary, use the following procedure to remove the fuse holders and circuit breakers.a) Remove fuses from fuse holders (4).b) Put identification marks on wiring harnesses (5) and disconnect wiring harnesses (5) from the fuse holders.c) Remove insulators (6) from the fuse holders.d) Remove the nuts and remove fuse holders (4) from the front of the fuse plate.e) Put identification marks on the two wires (7) from wiring harnesses (5) and disconnect the wires from circuit breakers (8) and (9).f) Remove screws (10) and remove circuit breakers (9) and (8) from the fuse plate.
Rear View 4. Use the following procedure to install the fuse holders and circuit breakers if necessary.a) Put circuit breakers (8) and (9) in position on the fuse plate. Install screws (10) to hold the circuit breakers.b) Connect the two wires (7) from wiring harnesses (5) to the circuit breakers.c) Put fuse holders (4) in position in the front of the fuse plates and install the nuts to hold these.d) Install insulators (6) on the fuse holders.e) Connect wiring harnesses (5) to the fuse holders.f) Install fuses in fuse holders (4).5. Put fuse plate (2) in position inside the cab and connect wiring harnesses (3) to the fuse plate.6. Install the four screws (1) to hold fuse plate (2) in position.
