Note: SERVICE DATA: TOOLING (ZZ) WILL NOT BE IDENTIFIED IN PHOTOGRAPHS IN THE REMOVAL OR THE INSTALLATION. THIS TOOLING IS SHOWN IN ORDER TO ASSIST THE EXPERIENCED SERVICEMAN.Note: Put identification marks on all lines, on all hoses, on all wires, and on all tubes for installation purposes. Plug all lines, hoses, and tubes. This helps to prevent fluid loss and this helps to keep contaminants from entering the system.
Drain the oil from the hydraulic tank into a suitable container. The capacity of the hydraulic tank is approximately 151 L (40 US gal). Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual for the correct procedure.

Remove clamp (1) and move hose assemblies (6) out of the way.
Remove clamp (2) and move hose assemblies (4) out of the way.
Remove clamp (7) and move hose assemblies (8) out of the way.
Disconnect hose assemblies (5) from the back of hydraulic tank (3).

Remove bolt (11) and hose assembly (12) from hydraulic tank (3).
Remove bolts (9) and move bracket (10) and the filter assemblies away from hydraulic tank (3).

Disconnect hose assemblies (13) from the side of hydraulic tank (3).

Disconnect hose assemblies (14) from the top of hydraulic tank (3).

Disconnect harness assemblies (16) from hydraulic tank (3).
Disconnect hose assemblies (15) from the side of hydraulic tank (3).

Install a suitable lifting device under hydraulic tank (3). Remove bolts (17) and remove the hydraulic tank from the machine. The weight of the hydraulic tank is approximately 125 kg (276 lb). Installation Procedure

Install a suitable lifting device under hydraulic tank (3) and install the hydraulic tank in the machine. Install bolts (17). The weight of the hydraulic tank is approximately 125 kg (276 lb).

Connect hose assemblies (15) on the side of hydraulic tank (3).
Connect harness assemblies (16) on hydraulic tank (3).

Connect hose assemblies (14) on the top of hydraulic tank (3).

Connect hose assemblies (13) on the side of hydraulic tank (3).

Reposition bracket (10) and the filter assemblies on hydraulic tank (3). Install bolts (9).
Reposition hose assembly (12) on hydraulic tank (3) and install bolt (11).

Connect hose assemblies (5) on the back of hydraulic tank (3).
Reposition hose assemblies (8) and install clamp (7).
Reposition hose assemblies (4) and install clamp (2).
Reposition hose assemblies (6) and install clamp (1).
Fill the hydraulic tank with oil. The capacity of the hydraulic tank is approximately 151 L (40 US gal). Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual for the correct procedure. End By:
Install the hydraulic oil filter (return). Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Hydraulic Oil Filter (Return) - Install".
Install the fuel tank. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Fuel Tank - Remove and Install".
Install the air cleaner. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, KENR5025, "Air Cleaner - Remove and Install".
