Attach a suitable lifting device to cooling package (17). The weight of cooling package (17) is approximately 1406 kg (3100 lb).
Position cooling package (17) and install bolts (22) .

Install bolts (20) to mount (21). Repeat for the remaining mounts.

Connect harness assembly (19) and install clip (18) .

Connect hose assemblies (16) to bottom side of cooling package (17) .

Connect hose assemblies (14) to hydraulic oil cooler (15) .

Connect tube assemblies (12). Connect hose assembly (13) .

Install sheet assembly (11). Connect hose (10) .

Connect hose assembly (6). Connect hoses (5), (7), and (8) to radiator top tank (9) .

Position shield assembly (2) and install bolts (1). Connect hose (3) to aftercooler (4) .

Remove Tooling (A) .End By: Install the cover for the radiator. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Radiator Cover - Remove and Install".
