Install cap (12) in pin assembly (13).

Connect steering frame lock link (27).

Use three bolts (14) to secure plate (15), as shown.
Tighten bolts (14) to a torque of 530 70 N m (390 52 lb ft).
Use Tooling (G) to measure the distance from the bottom surface of plate (15) to the pin. Record this measurement as Dimension (X1). Measure the thickness of plate (15). Record this measurement as Dimension (Y1). Subtract Dimension (Y1) from Dimension (X1) to determine the thickness of the shim pack that is required.

Remove plate (15) and add the correct amount of shims.
Install plate (15).
Install bolts (14).
Tighten bolts (14) to a torque of 530 70 N m (390 52 lb ft).

Install plate (24) and bolts (23).
Tighten bolts (23) to a torque of 530 70 N m (390 52 lb ft).
Use Tooling (G) to measure the distance from the top of plate (24) to the upper surface of the frame. Record this measurement as Dimension (X2). Measure the thickness of plate (24). Record this measurement as Dimension (Y2). Subtract Dimension (Y2) from Dimension (X2) to determine the thickness of the shim pack that is required.

Remove plate (24) and add the correct amount of shims (25).
Install plate (24).
Install bolts (22) and tighten bolts (22) to a torque of 240 40 N m (175 30 lb ft).
Install bolts (23) and tighten bolts (23) to a torque of 530 70 N m (390 52 lb ft).

Put the bracket and neutralizing valve assembly (20) in place on the engine end frame.
Install bolts (21).

Connect tube assemblies (19).

Reposition bracket assembly (17) and install bolts (18).
Connect hose assemblies (16).

Lubricate pin assembly (8) before installation.
Install pin assembly (8) and retainer (7). Repeat this Step for the other steering cylinder.

Connect hose assembly (4) to the implement and the brake hydraulic tank.
Install clamp (5) and connect hose assemblies (6).

Connect hose assembly (1) and harness assembly (3).
Install clamp (2).
Fill the hydraulic system with oil. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Refill Capacities".End By:
Install the center drive shaft. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Drive Shaft (Center) - Remove and Install".
Install the cab. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Cab - Install".
Install the push arm and the blade. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Push Arms and Blade - Install".
