Loosen the clamps and remove hoses (29).

Disconnect hose assemblies (30) and (31).
Loosen the clamp and remove hose (32).

Disconnect hose assembly (33).
Loosen the clamp and remove hose (35).
Loosen the screw and disconnect harness assembly (34).
Disconnect connector (36).
Disconnect connector (37).

Disconnect hose assembly (38).
Remove bolt (41) and the washer.
Remove cable straps (39) and (40).

Disconnect connectors (42) and (46) from both side of the solenoids.
Disconnect connectors (44), (47), and (49).
Remove cable straps (43), (45), and (48). Lay the harness assembly out of the way.

Disconnect hose assemblies (50).
Remove the bolts, the washers, the clamps, and hose assemblies (52).
Remove the two bolts and the two washers. Lower valve block (51) out of the way.

Disconnect hose assemblies (53).
Loosen the clamp and remove hose (54).
Disconnect harness assembly (55).
Disconnect hose assemblies (56).

Disconnect hose assemblies (57), (58), and (59).

Attach Tool (A) and a suitable lifting device to engine (60). The weight of engine (60) is approximately 771 kg (1700 lb).

Remove bolts (61), the washers, rubber mounts, and the nuts from both sides of the machine.

Remove bolts (62), the washers, rubber mounts, the nuts, engine (60), and the pumps.

Attach a suitable lifting device to pumps (63). The weight of pumps (63) is approximately 142 kg (313 lb). Remove bolts (64), the washers, and pumps (63) from engine (60). Installation Procedure

Install engine (60) in the reverse order of removal.
Tighten the nut to cable assemblies (8) and wire assembly (9) to a torque of 18 1 N m (159 9 lb in).
Tighten the nut to cable assemblies (7) to a torque of 15 3 N m (133 27 lb in).
Tighten the nut on grounding cable (3) to a torque of 7.75 0.25 N m (69 2.2 lb in). End By:
Install the air cleaner. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Air Cleaner - Remove and Install".
Install the cooling package. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Radiator, Hydraulic Oil Cooler, Air Cooler, and Fuel Cooler - Remove and Install".
Install the clean emissions module. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Clean Emissions Module - Remove and Install".
