Remove the secondary conveyor upper covers (1) .

Inspect the deflectors for wear parts. Adjust the deflectors or replace the deflectors as required. During normal operations, the deflectors must be registered so to slightly touch the secondary conveyor belt. Adjusting the deflectors will help avoid loss of material from both sides of the secondary conveyor.

Loosen screws (2) and adjust the distance of the deflectors from the secondary conveyor belt. The deflectors have just to touch the surface of the secondary conveyor belt.

Remove screws (2) and plate (3) to remove the deflector (4). Perform this procedure on all deflectors that must be changed along the secondary conveyor. Proceed in the reverse steps to install a new deflector on the secondary conveyor.
