Press and hold left auger manual switch (39).
Record the pressure at the forward pressure tap in hose assembly (35). The pressure should be 36500 2500 kPa (5294 363 psi).
Release left auger manual switch (39).
Press and hold left auger manual switch (39). At the same time, press and hold left auger reverse switch (40). Note: Left auger manual switch (39) and left auger reverse switch (40) must be pressed simultaneously.
Record the pressure at the reverse pressure tap in hose assembly (36). The pressure should be 36500 2500 kPa (5294 363 psi).
Release left auger reverse switch (40).
Release left auger manual switch (39).
Press rpm decrease switch (7) on the throttle control once to operate the engine in low idle.
Shut off the engine. Either place machine power switch (8) in the OFF position or press and hold push to start switch (5) for 3 seconds. An LED next to the push to start switch will flash when the engine is in shutdown mode.
If the engine was shut down using push to start switch (5), move machine power switch (8) to the OFF position.
If the forward pressure and the reverse pressure are both within the specified range, the system is operating within design parameters. Go to Step 21. If either the forward pressure or the reverse pressure is outside the specified range, go to "Adjustment Procedure" "Left Auger Pump".
Remove the tooling. Reconnect the hose assemblies to the left auger motor.
Close access panel (10) and secure latch (9). Close access panel (12) and secure latch (11).Adjustment Procedure
