Introduction
The problem that is identified below does not have a known permanent solution. Until a permanent solution is known, use the solution that is identified below.Problem
The control valve group can cause cylinder voiding when using float to lower the blade on the machines listed above. The voiding can cause the blade not to maintain a constant grade.Solution
Follow normal troubleshooting for a cylinder void. If no issue is found and it is verified that the operator is lowering the blade using float ask the operator to change their operation and use blade lower to lower the blade. If this is unacceptable for the operator report the issue. Report the feedback by completing a CPI Feedback Form at the Service Information Management System (SIMS). When submitting the form, include CPI 385218 in the information.
