Customer quick connection terminalsMultiple Distribution Boards
For connection to multiple distribution boards, use the quick CAM lock terminals to prevent overloading the customer bus connections.

CAM lock terminalsStandard Lugged Connection
When connection to the customer bus bar system using a standard lugged connection, insulate the bare end of the lug with tape. Insulating the tape will eliminate as much exposed live surface as possible.Load Connections
DANGER: Shock/Electrocution Hazard-Do not operate this equipment or work on this equipment unless you have read and understand the instructions and warnings in the Operation and Maintenance Manual. Failure to follow the instructions or heed the warnings will result in serious injury or death.
Verify the correct load phase rotation with the generator prior to connecting the output power cables.

Ensure that the generator set is not operating. Place main circuit breakers (3) in the "OFF" position. The "OFF" position is the open position.
Connect the output power cables to the receptacles (6) or to the bus bars.If necessary, connect the output power cables to the bus bars:
Connect the output power cables to the appropriate bus bars.
Failure to connect the unit to a suitable grounding electrode can result in electrical shock and may cause injury or death.
Connect the ground connection to a suitable grounding electrode of no more than 25 ohms.
Connect the control wiring (if equipped) for the automatic start/stop to the connection points for the remote start/stop (5) .
Close circuit breakers (3) after the connection is made and the engine is running.Non-standard Sensing Arrangement
Note: The XQ200 unit has a non-standard sensing arrangement when reading from the Electronic Modular Control Panel (EMCP).

(1) Label explaining the phase orientation on the EMCPThe phase orientation at the EMCP is set as B-C-A but displays as A-B-C. The customer connections at the bus bars 11and CAM locks are still in the standard rental configuration of A-B-C.

(1) Label explaining the phase orientation near the buss barWhen reading the voltage and amperage from the EMCP panel A phase from the EMCP screen correlates to B Phase at the customer bus. Reading B phase at EMCP display correlates to C phase at the customer bus. Reading C phase at the EMCP display correlates to A phase at the customer bus.Voltage and current sensing are changed only for EMCP monitoring and protection. Voltage sensing and regulation at the CDVR remains in standard A-B-C sensing and does not affect output phase rotation.Wiring Diagram
