Install cover (22), O-ring seal (24), spring (25) and valve (26) to filter base (18) .

Install cover (22), two bolts (23) and the washers.

Install two studs (20) in the filter base. Tighten the studs to a torque of 108 14 N m (80 10 lb ft). Install O-ring seals (21) in the filter base.
Install the filter base on the outside of the tank assembly.

Install two bolts (19) that hold the filter base.

Apply 5P-9119 RTV Silicone Sealant to the inside edges of baffle assembly (16). Overlap the edges of the sealant in order to ensure a correct seal between the inside of the tank and the baffle assembly.
Install baffle assembly (16) and six bolts (17) .

Install four O-ring seals (12), plate (13), grommet (14) and sight glass (15) in retainer (11) .

Install retainer (11) and four bolts (10). Tighten the bolts to a torque of 30 7 N m (22 5 lb ft).

Install Tooling (B) to the tank half, as shown.

Apply 5P-9119 RTV Silicone Sealant to the edges (61) of the tank (63). Overlap the edges of the sealant in order to ensure a correct seal between the two halves of the tank (62) and (63) .
Use rods for alignment. Install the cover assembly on the tank assembly. Install 72 bolts, the washers and the locknuts. Tighten the bolts to a torque of 47 9 N m (35 6 lb ft).

Install bracket (7) and bolts (6) on the tank.

Install the wiring harness, clip (5) and bolt (4) .

Use a hoist to install plate (3) on the hydraulic oil tank. The weight of the plate is 80 kg (175 lb).

Install four bolts (1) and the washers. Connect electrical connector (2) .End By: Install the hydraulic tank. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Hydraulic Tank - Install".
