Install O-ring seal (26) in block (24) .

Install block (24) and bolts (25) on bank valve (12) .

Improper assembly of parts that are spring loaded can cause bodily injury.To prevent possible injury, follow the established assembly procedure and wear protective equipment.
Install O-ring seal (19) on plug (15) . Install valve (22) and plug (15) . Install plunger (23) and spring (21) . Install O-ring seal (18) on plug (14) and install plug (14) . Tighten plug (14) to a torque of 81 8 N m (60 6 lb ft). Install valve (20) . Install O-ring seal (17) on plug (13) and install plug (13) .
Install plugs (16) in bank valve (12) .
Repeat Step 2 through Step 9 for the remaining bank valves.

Install all valve banks (12) onto studs (9) .

Install O-ring seal (49) , spring (48) , and plunger (47) in check valve (37) .

Install plunger (39) , disk (40) , spring (41) , washer (44) , and plunger (45) in relief valve (36) . Install O-ring seal (42) on plug (43) . Install plug (43) in relief valve (36) . Install plug (46) in plug (43) . Install O-ring seals (38) . Repeat for other relief valve (36) .

Install check valve (37) . Tighten check valve (37) to a torque of 34 3 N m (25 2 lb ft).
Install relief valves (36) .

Install all O-ring seals (11) in manifold (4) .

Install manifold (4) on studs (10) . Install nuts (9) on studs (10) . Tighten nuts (9) to a torque of 100 11 N m (74 8 lb ft).

Install O-ring seal (7) . Install O-ring seal (6) and the two backup rings. Install O-ring seal (5) and the two backup rings.
Install valve (8) in manifold (4) . Tighten valve (8) to a torque of 27 3 N m (20 2 lb ft). Install coil (2) . Install nut (1) . Tighten nut (1) to a torque of 6.1 0.7 N m (54 6 lb in).
Repeat Step 18 and Step 19 for solenoid valve (3) .End By: Install the main control valve.
