Assembly Procedure
Perform the following steps in order to assemble the feed roller motor.

(1) Shaft assembly. (2) Seal ring. (3) Bearing. (4) Bearing housing. (5) scraper. (6) Bearing. (7) Support ring. (8) Seal ring. (9) Snap ring.
Install bearing (3) and seal ring (2) into bearing housing (4) .
Install shaft assembly (1) through seal ring (2) and bearing (3) .
Install scraper (5) and bearing (6) onto shaft assembly (1) .
Install support ring (7), seal ring (8) and snap ring (9). This completes motor bearing (26) on Illustration 3.

(10) Distribution valve. (11) Seal ring. (12) Seal ring. (13) End housing. (14) Motor bolt. (15) O-ring. (16) Cap. (17) Screw. (18) Spring. (19) Seal ring.
Install Seal ring (19), seal ring (12), and seal ring (11) into end housing (13) .
Install distribution valve (10) into end housing (13) .
Install O-ring (15) and cap (16). Install screws (17). Tighten the screws. This completes motor casing (27) on Illustration 3.

(20) Piston housing. (21) Piston kit. (22) Lock washer. (23) O-ring. (24) Cam. (25) O-ring. (26) Support bearing. (27) Motor housing.
Install eight piston kits (21) into piston housing (20). Install two lock washers (22) into piston housing (20). Install the retaining pins.
Place piston cylinder (20) into cam (24) .
Install O-ring (23) into support bearing (26). Install O-ring (25) into motor housing (27) .
Place support bearing (26) on cam (24). Ensure piston cylinder (20) engages the splines on shaft assembly (1) .
Install motor housing (27) on piston cylinder (20). Install motor bolts (14). Tighten the bolts.Install the feed roller motor. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Piston Motor (Feed Roller) - Assemble".
