Use properly rated cables and properly rated slings in order to lift the machine.Position the crane or the lifting device in order to lift the machine in a level position.The width of the spreader bar must be sufficient to prevent the lifting cables or the lifting straps from contacting the machine.

In all cases, before tying down the machine, place wooden blocks under the front frame and under the rear frame. This will reduce the stress on the rubber isolation blocks.
Place blocks under the front frame and under the rear frame.
Place blocks under the front drum. Block the tires.
In order to secure the machine, use tie-downs during transportation.
