Boom Swing Left (1) - Push down on the left side of the pedal in order to swing the boom to the left.
Boom Swing Right (2) - Push down on the right side of the pedal in order to swing the boom to the right.Note: Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Implement Control Pedal" for further information on this control pedal.Electrical Control for Hydraulic Swing Boom (If Equipped)
This machine can be equipped with electrical switches to control the swing boom.
Illustration 2 g00680732Electrical switch (1) is provided on the front of the left joystick. When the switch is depressed, the left joystick no longer swings the machine. Instead, the swing function is used to operate the swing boom. Move the left joystick to the left in order to swing the boom to the left. Move the left joystick to the right in order to swing the boom to the right. Release switch (1) in order to stop using the swing boom.
Illustration 3 g00615186The machine is also equipped with a swing boom control lock so that there is not need to depress switch (1) in order to use the swing boom. The switch for swing boom control lock is on the left console.
Swing Boom Control Lock (If Equipped) - When the swing boom is locked, the left joystick no longer swings the machine. Instead, the swing function is used to operate the swing boom. Move the left joystick to the left in order to swing the boom to the left. Move the left joystick to the right in order to swing the boom to the right.
Swing Boom Control Locked - Press the left side of the switch in order to lock the swing boom control.
Swing Boom Control Unlocked - Press the right side of the switch in order to unlock the swing boom control.
