Disassembly Procedure
Start By:
Remove the engine oil pan.
Keep all parts clean from contaminants.Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.

Remove bolts (1), engine oil level gauge (2), and gasket (3).
Remove drain plug (8). Remove gasket (7) from drain plug (8).
Remove bolts (6), cover (5), and O-ring seal (4).
Remove bolts (13), adapter (12), and O-ring seal (11).
Remove bolt (9). Remove suction screen assembly (10) from adapter (12).

Remove bolts (21) and the clamps. Remove suction tube (20). Remove the O-ring seal from suction tube (20).
Remove bolts (19). Remove oil housing (18) from tube assembly (16).
Remove bolts (15) and flange (14). Remove tube assembly (16) from the engine oil pan. Remove the O-ring seals from tube assembly (16) and flange (14).
Remove drain plug (17). Remove the gasket from drain plug (17).
