Note: Turn off the engine at the start switch and attach a Lock out Tag out to the controls of the machine.Turn the battery disconnect switch to the OFF switch.

6 7K-1181 Cable Strap Use the following rework procedure to replace the indicator lamp group:

(A) 458-4108 Control Harness As
(B) 340-4391 Indicator Lamp
(C) 424-6434 Plate
Remove the existing harness assembly (A), Indicator lamp (B), and the plate (C).

Install the 492-9156 Plate (1) on the mounting block.

(3) Grommet
Disassemble grommet (3) from light; assemble light into plate (1) and then Re-assemble the grommet into indicator lamp.
Install 492-9064 Control Harness As using 7K-1181 Cable Strap and 204-2281 Cable Strap.
Plug 102-8802 Receptacle Kit of Indicator Lamp Gp (2) into the 155-2269 Connector Plug As on the harness assembly and secure into 130-5300 Clip.
Use 7K-1181 Cable Strap to bundle excess pigtail from the lamp.

Install 486-2269 Film (4) to the indicator lamp.Rework Procedure(Alternate Configuration)
Perform the following procedure to rework on the existing harness assembly:

Unplug connector from the indicator lamp group.
Remove the existing 3 position 155-2267 Connector Plug As from the 458-4108 Control Harness As. Remove 155-2276 Plug Lock Wedge from end of plug.
Remove the wires from the connector.
Install the 2 pin 155-2270 Connecting Plug Kit onto the 458-4108 Control Harness As.Insert circuit F464-RL5-PU(Purple)into Position 1.Insert circuit A273-RL6-BK(Black)into Position 2.
Cut the terminal of circuit 103-RL10-YL(Yellow)and secure to harness assembly using electrical tape.
