Hold the actuator control shaft in the SHUTOFF position (5) .
Loosen bolt (7) and rotate the lever (6) to the closed angle (A) that is 20 + 10 - 0 degrees.
Tighten bolt (7) .Use the following procedure to install the carburetor lever:
Hold the throttle plate closed.
Loosen bolt (8) and rotate carburetor lever (9) to closed angle (C) that is 40 degrees.
Tighten bolt (8) .Use the following procedure to install the carburetor control rod:
Hold lever (6) in the SHUTOFF position (5) .
Adjust carburetor control rod (3) until the rod fits between carburetor lever (9) and lever (6) .
Ensure that there is no binding during full travel of the control linkage.
Torque the jam nuts (4) to 13 3 N m (115 27 lb in).
