Pulley Update
Remove the old fan pulley, the alternator pulley, the spacer and the studs and discard the items. Reuse the damper assembly and the nuts.
Install the twelve 149-5267 Taperlock Studs and torque to 65 N m (48 lb ft).
Reinstall the damper assembly, 305-0662 Pulley , 301-4172 Pulley , twelve 145-5181 Spacers , and the nuts.
Torque the nuts to 150 N m (111 lb ft) in a star pattern.
Torque the nuts again to 150 N m (111 lb ft) in a star pattern in order to ensure that the nuts have the correct torque.
