Removal Procedure
Keep all parts clean from contaminants.Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.

Disconnect harness assembly (1) from boost pressure sensor (2).
Remove bolts (3) from boost pressure sensor (2).
Remove boost pressure sensor (2) from inlet manifold (5).
Remove O-ring seal (5) (not shown). Installation Procedure
Keep all parts clean from contaminants.Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.
Ensure that all components are clean and free from damage. Replace any components that are worn or damaged.

Install a new O-ring seal (5) (not shown) to boost pressure sensor (2).
Install boost pressure sensor (2) to inlet manifold (5). Ensure that boost pressure sensor (2) is correctly orientated and is correctly seated into inlet manifold (5).
Install bolts (3) to boost pressure sensor (2) finger tight. Tighten the bolts to a torque of 10 N m (89 lb in).
Connect harness assembly (1) to boost pressure sensor (2).
