Install new bracket (18) from the kit with the original bolts.

Install insulated canister box onto bracket using two new bolts (19) from the kit.

Install the assembled breather canister and insulated box with bracket through the area. Retain the assembly to the engine with bolt.

Install hose (21) with clamp (22) .
Install hose (23) to the heater with clamp (24) .
Install the new insulated tube (25) from the kit. Install two clamps (26) and (27) .
Mount the insulated tube using bolt (28) .
Install the ladder bracket (29) .
Install drain hose to the bottom of the breather canister. Install the oil pressure switch.

(30) Connector (31) Tie strap
Connect the in-line heater harness from the kit to the heater. Route the harness behind the alternator.
Unplug connector (30) and connect the in-line heater harness (31). Tie strap the harness at location. Check the harness routing to ensure that there is no contact, and secured properly.
Install the fan guard, air cleaner, and battery.
Install the tie straps to connect the battery cable grommet from the ladder bracket.Calibration Procedure for "Minimum Fan Speed"
Calibrate the "Minimum Fan Speed" in the machine ECM.Note: The screen captures below are from Cat ET version 2013C.
Connect to Cat ET 2012B or later version.
Go to the "Service" tab and select "Calibrations".

Double click on "Engine Cooling Fan Calibrations" as shown in Illustration 14.

Read the warning that appears on the next screen and then select "OK".

Only check the "Engine Cooling Fan Minimum Speed" as shown in Illustration 16. Then select "Begin".

Read the set-up calibration conditions and ensure all the conditions have been met. Then select "Next".

Change the amps to 1.250 by pressing the right arrow buttons. Then select "Next".

The "Calibration Successful" screen will appear. Select "Finish".

Go to the "Machine Status" screen for "Engine Cooling Fan". Ensure the "Engine Cooling Fan Maximum Current Calibration Value" is 1.250 Amps as shown.
