Handle the parts in accordance with your Warranty Bulletin on warranty parts handling.

Rework Procedure
Refer to the Service Manual as necessary.
1) Disassemble the track chain and remove the roller frame per instructions found in Disassembly / Assembly manual (KENR5126). If the tractor has Heavy Duty Track, disassemble the track chain per instructions found in Disassembly / Assembly manual (RENR4271) and then remove the roller frame per instructions found in the Disassembly / Assembly manual (KENR5126).
2) Remove 5G-9842 Seal from the pivot shaft.

3) Install new 5G-9842 Seal as shown in Image 1.2.1. Put P-80 Assembly Lubricant (207-1601) on the seal and the seal bore in the roller frame.
4) Install the roller frame and reassemble the track chain per instructions found in Disassembly / Assembly manual (KENR5126). If the tractor has Heavy Duty Track, install roller frame per instructions found in Disassembly / Assembly manual (KENR5126) and then assemble the track chain per instructions found in Disassembly /
Assembly manual (RENR4271).
5) Fill the pivot shaft cavity with clean SAE30 oil until it is full. (Approximately 5 Liters will be needed.) Install plugs(s) in fill hole(s).
