Any time it is necessary to disconnect the angle arm, it must be disconnected at the push frame first, and then at the bulldozer blade. Any time it is necessary to connect the angle arm, it must be connected at the bulldozer blade first, and then at the push frame. If it is not connected and disconnected in this sequence, the angle arm can suddenly move up as the frame settles and contact the brace with great force. This can cause death or serious injury.
Use the procedure that follows for installation and removal of angling bulldozers.
Installation
1. Install the bracket with pin A.2. Put the angle arm in position and install pin B.3. Connect the angle arm to ballstud E.4. Put the tilt brace in position and install pin C.5. Install pin D.Removal
1. Put a support under the angle arm.2. Disconnect the angle arm at ballstud E.3. Remove pin D. Then remove pin B.4. Remove pin C. Then remove pin A.
