Again torque the nuts until the cotter pin can be inserted through the bolts and the nuts.    
2     2     312-7705 Bearing Adjuster     Torque to
240 25 N m (177 18 lb ft).
Bearing adjusters to be flush within
0.0 to 0.5 mm (0.00 to 0.02 inch) to spindle assembly and or motor mount after tightening.    
3     10     1K-7019 Shim     As required use the shims to adjust the clearance.
Thickness is
0.51 mm (0.020 inch).    
4     4     6R-1554 Bearing As     Apply green Loctite 609 to the bearing assemblies.    
5     2     4D-3882 Bearing Cone     Lubricate and pack the bearing cones and the bearing cups with the medium pressure lithium grease or black 5P-0960 Grease Cartridge.    
6     2     006-7231 Bearing Cup    
7     1     006-8943 Nut     Use the following procedure in order to Torque the nut:
1. Torque to
280 10 N m (207 7 lb ft) while turning the hub.
2. Loosen the nut by one turn, while turning the hub.
3. Again, torque the nut to
75 5 N m (55 4 lb ft)
4. Continue to torque the nut until the cotter pin can be inserted through the shaft and the nut.    
8     1     233-9842 Hub Cap     Apply black Loctite 593 all around the hub cap to fill gap from chamfer on mating wheel assembly.    
9     1     061-6915 Nut     Torque to
609 75 N m (449 55 lb ft).    
10     2     1A-4168 Nut     Torque to
609 75 N m (449 55 lb ft).    
11     10     132-8584 Nut     Torque to
140 25 N m (103 18 lb ft)
