Keep all parts clean from contaminants.Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.

Install seal (5) into housing (4).
Install washer (11) onto shaft assembly (10).
Use Tooling (G) to install seal (13) onto shaft assembly (10).
Use Tooling (F) to install seal (12) into housing (4). Lubricate seal (12) with Tooling (H).
Install washer (14) onto shaft assembly (10).
Use Tooling (D) to install retaining ring (7).
Raise the temperature of bearing (9) and spacer (8). Install bearing (9) and spacer (8) onto shaft assembly (10).
Raise the temperature of bearing (6). Install bearing (6).
Install shaft assembly (10) into housing (4).
Position housing (4) onto housing (15).
Install plate (17).
Use Tooling (B) to install retaining ring (16).
Install cam liner (18).
Install impeller (19).
Install cover (20).
Install spacer (3).
Use Tooling (C) to install retaining ring (2).
Install drive gear (1).End By:
Install the auxiliary water pump.
