Remove the auxiliary water pump. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Auxiliary Water Pump - Remove".
Keep all parts clean from contaminants.Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.

Remove O-ring seal (1) from housing assembly (2).
Use Tooling (A) to remove impeller (3) from the shaft.

Remove bolts (5).
Invert housing assembly (2). Use a suitable press to remove the shaft, the bearing assembly, retainer (6), and gear (4) from housing assembly (2).

Use Tooling (B) and a suitable press to remove gear (4) from shaft (8). Remove retainer (6).
Use Tooling (B) and a suitable press to remove bearing assembly (7) from shaft (8).

Drive or press seal assembly (10) from housing assembly (2).
Invert the housing assembly and drive or press lip type seal (9) from housing assembly (2).
