KIT-AUX 2 WAY 4570315 - Caterpillar

1. Remove bolts (1) and retainer (2) from support assembly (3).2. Remove the bolts and plate that holds support assembly (3) in position on the shaft assembly. 3. Remove support assembly (3) from shaft assembly (4). 4. Remove seal (6) and bolts (5) that fasten shaft assembly (4) to the clutch case group. 5. Inspect bearings (7) and (8). If worn or damaged, remove the bearings from the support assembly.Install Pivot Shaft
1. Bearings (3) and (4) must be installed until they are seated against support (5).2. The bearing diameters for bearings (3) and (4) are 88.744 .084 mm (3.4939 .0033 in.) and 69.856 .134 mm (2.7502 .0053 in.).3. Put 2P2506 Anti Seize Lubricant on the shaft assembly hub (1) and install shaft assembly (2) in the clutch case group.4. Install seal (8) on shaft assembly.5. Place support assembly (5) in position and install plate (6).6. Put lubricant of the type being sealed on retainer seal (9) and in the support bore. Install retainer (7).7.
