3. Install shuttle valve (118) in dozer lift valve section (3). Tighten the shuttle valve to a torque of 32 5 N m (24 4 lb ft). 4. Assemble valve group (97) as follows:a. Install O-ring seal (117) on plug (116).b. Install plug (116) in valve (115).c. Apply 9S3263 Thread Lock on the threads of bolt (114), and install bolt (114) in plug (116). Tighten the bolt to a torque of 34 3 N m (25 2 lb ft). 5. Assemble relief valve group (101) as follows:a. Install dowel pin (110) in valve body (112) if it was removed. The dowel pin should be installed 4.8 0.2 mm (0.19 0.008 in) above the surface of the valve body. See dimension (X).b. Install plunger (109) in valve body (112) if it was removed.c. Install O-ring seal (107) and back-up ring (108) on the valve body.d. Install O-ring seal (105) on seat (104). Install retainer (113), spring (111), valve (106) and seat (104) in valve body (112). Tighten the seat to a torque of 22 2 N m (16 1 lb ft). 6. Install the O-ring seal and back-up ring on sleeve (100).7. Install valve group (97), spring (98), sleeve (100) and relief valve group (101) in the dozer lift valve section.8. Install O-ring seal (99) on housing (103).9. Align the hole in housing (103) with the dowel pin. Position housing (103) on the dozer lift valve section and install two bolts (102). Tighten the bolts to a torque of 60 7 N m (44 5 lb ft). The bevel on inside edge of retainer (93) must be toward balls (94) when they are installed in retainer (95).10. Assemble detent assembly (92) as follows:a. Put spring (96) and retainer (93) in position on retainer (95).b. Compress spring (96) until the beveled edge of retainer (93) is below holes (X) in retainer (96).c. Install six balls (94) in holes (X) in retainer (95). 11. Install O-ring seals (85) and (90) on housing (88).12. Put detent assembly (99) in position in housing (88).13. Put housing (88) and cover (86) in position on the dozer lift valve section, and install the two bolts that hold them in place. Tighten the bolts to a torque of 20 3 N m (15 2 lb ft).14. Install the O-ring seal on bolt (87). Install detent (91) and bolt (87) on stem (84). Tighten the bolt to a torque of 20 3 N m (15 2 lb ft).15. Position two retainers (89) and spring (83) on stem (84).16. Compress spring (83) and install two retainers (82) that hold the spring in place.17. Put stem (84) in position in the dozer lift valve section. 18. Assemble lever group (58) as follows:a. Install bearing (80) in
