(1) Assemble shaft even with the back of the bracket. Make an adjustment if necessary for track alignment.(2) Rubber toric seals and all surfaces in contact with them must be clean and dry at assembly. Put a thin layer of oil on the surfaces of the metal seals that are in contact just before installation. Put lubricant on all other seals at assembly.(3) Assemble the machined surface of the plate to the end of shaft and bearing.(4) Torque for bolts (two) ... 32 5 lb. ft.(43 7 N m)(5) Put lubricant on the inside of collar assembly before installation.(6) Torque for plug ... 125 15 lb. ft.(170 20 N m)
