Parts Needed Removal of the Steel Drain Lines and Fittings 1. Remove the 107-5595 Hose Assembly (3) which is the drain line into the transmission case by disconnecting the hose connections from the two 6K-9194 Elbows (2). See Illustration 1. Some oil will drain from the transmission case when the lines are removed.2. Remove the 6K-9194 Elbow (2) and the 8L-3282 Flared Connector (1) from the transmission case.3. Remove the 8Y-4516 Tube (5) from the left and right steering clutch valves. 4. Remove the 2R-6806 Connector (4) from the left steering clutch valve. 5. Remove the 6M-6853 O-Ring Tee (6) and the 2R-6806 Connector (4) from the right steering clutch valve. Installation of the New Hydraulic Hoses and Fittings Refer to Illustration 2 for D3C, D4C, and 933 Machines. Refer to Illustration 3 for D5C and 939 Machines. 1. Install a 8M-0506 Connector (7) in the open port on the left steering clutch valve. Use a 3J-1907 O-Ring Seal (8) in this installation.2. Install a 8M-0506 Connector (7) in the open port on the right steering clutch valve. Use a 3J-1907 O-Ring Seal (8) in this connection.3. Install the 8M-0755 Connector (10) in the open port in the transmission case.4. Install the 6S-5693 Tee (9) onto connector (10) in the transmission case.5. (For D3C, D4C, and 933 Machines) Install the 174-1748 Hose Assembly (11) by making connections to connector (7) on the right steering clutch valve and the perpendicular port of tee (9).(For D5C and 939 Machines) Install the 174-1747 Hose Assembly (14) by making connections to connector (7) on the right steering clutch valve and the perpendicular port of tee (9).6. (For D3C, D4C, and 933 Machines) Install the 174-1749 Hose Assembly (12) by making connections to connector (7) on the left steering clutch valve and the parallel port of tee (9).(For D5C and 939 Machines) Install the 174-1746 Hose Assembly (13) by making connections to connector (7) on the left steering clutch valve and the parallel port of tee (9).
