(1) Install the carrier roller so that the shaft is flush with the back of the bracket. An adjustment may be necessary for track alignment. (2) Put lubricant on the inside of the collar assemblies before installation. (3) At assembly, rubber toric seals and all surfaces that contact the rubber toric seals must be clean and dry. Immediately before installation, put a thin layer of oil on the contact surfaces of the metal seal rings. The seal rings must be assembled square with the bore. Rubber toric seals must not be twisted. Do not allow rubber toric seals to bulge. (4) Assemble the face of the plate that is ground to the end of the shaft and bearing.
