Disassembly Procedure
Start By:
Remove the fan drive. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Fan and Fan Drive - Remove and Install" in this module.

Remove bolt (1) and plate (2) from the shaft.

Remove fan pulley (5) and hub (4) from shaft (3) .

Remove bearing cone (6) from hub (4) .

Turn over fan pulley (5). Remove spacer (8) from hub (4). Remove the fan pulley from hub (4) .
