Remove clip (3). Remove clip (4) and place the cable assembly to the side.

Remove bolt (5) and clamp (6). Position hose assemblies (7) out of the way.

Remove clip (8). Place battery cable assembly (9) to the side.

Close grill (11). Install bolts (10) in order to secure grill (11) .

Remove bolts (12) and (13). Remove the right side panel (14) .

Disconnect harness assembly (15). Cut cable strap (16) and position harness assembly (15) to the side.

Remove bolts (18) and (19). Remove the left side panel (17) .

Disconnect hose assemblies (20) and (21) .

Loosen clamp (22) and disconnect hose (23) .

Remove bolts (24) and (25). Remove fan guard (26). Repeat for the other fan guard.

Remove bolts (28) and disconnect lift cylinder (27) from the blade. Remove any shims that are present. Repeat for the other side.

Secure lift cylinder (27), as shown. Repeat for the other lift cylinder.

Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to the radiator guard and radiator (29). The weight of radiator guard and radiator (29) is approximately 907 kg (2000 lb).

Remove bolts (30) that support the radiator guard and radiator (9). Repeat for the other side. Remove the radiator guard and radiator (29) .
