The 268-8210 Solenoid Valve Gp is the service part for the brake dump solenoid valve on certain Track-Type Tractors and Pipelayers. If this solenoid is installed on the machine, the brake may not fully release due to small orifice (A) .Solution

Install a new 437-2898 Solenoid Valve Gp (3) into reused 254-0072 Coil (2). Tighten solenoid valve (1) to 34 N m (25 lb ft). Reuse 114-2772 Nut and tighten to 8 N m (6 lb ft)
