Lubricate 6 Fittings
1. Lubricate four fittings in the central lubrication block on the right side of the hitch for the bearings on the lower king bolt. 2. Lubricate one fitting on each side of the upper king bolt housing for the bearings on the upper king bolt. Total six fittings.Steering Cylinder and Link Bearings
Lubricate 14 Fittings
1. Lubricate two fittings in each lubrication block on each side of the hitch. 2. Lubricate two fittings in the hitch block on each side of the machine. 3. Lubricate three fittings on each steering cylinder rod end on each side of the machine.Hitch Link Bearings
Lubricate 8 Fittings
1. Lubricate four fittings in the central lubrication block on the right side of the hitch. 2. Lubricate two fittings in each upper link cover on each side of the machine. Total eight fittings.Bowl Lift Cylinders
Lubricate 2 Fittings
Lubricate one fitting on the rod end of each bowl lift cylinder.Ejector Carrier Rollers
Adjust
Check the carrier roller adjustment. The carrier rollers are correctly adjusted when the ejector operates freely, without dragging on the bottom of the bowl.Adjustment: The machine must be level, the bowl and apron lowered, the parking brake applied and the engine stopped. 1. Loosen the roller shaft clamp bolt. 2. Rotate the eccentric roller shaft to correctly position the roller.3. Tighten the shaft clamp bolt.4. Repeat steps 1 through 3 for the other roller.5. Start the engine and move the ejector forward and back. Stop the engine.6. If ejector still drags on the bottom of the bowl, repeat the adjustment.Ejector Support Rollers
Lubricate 2 Fittings
Lubricate one fitting on each roller. Total two fittings.Adjust
