Installation Procedure
Note: The HH65 Harvester Head is shown in this procedure. Other harvester heads are similar.
Ensure that the harvester head frame is in the VERTICAL position. Secure the frame of the harvester head to the yoke with a suitable chain. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Preparation for Disassembly" for detailed instructions.

Support feed roller motor (2) with a sling and a hoist. The motor weighs 81.6 kg (170 lb) on a HH55 and HH65 Harvester Head.
Position feed roller motor (2) on feed roller arm (4) .
Install bolts (5) that attach feed roller motor (2) to feed roller arm (4) .

Connect hose assemblies (3) to feed roller motor (2) .
Install feed roller (1). Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Feed Roller - Install" for detailed instructions.
Remove safety chain from the harvester head frame.
