To adjust the amount of clearance, turn bolts (6) counterclockwise to loosen their compression on pins (7).If the amount of clearance is less than specification, slide pins (6) out, away from the brake disc until a distance of between 0.25 mm (.010 in) minimum, and 3.0 mm (.12 in) maximum is obtained. Tighten bolts (6) to a torque of 45 7 N m (33 5 lb ft).If the amount of clearance is more than specification, slide pins (6) in, towards the brake disc until a distance of between 0.25 mm (.010 in) minimum, and 3.0 mm (.12 in) maximum is obtained. Tighten bolts (6) to a torque of 45 7 N m (33 5 lb ft).
