Pressurized air can cause personal injury. The air supply lines are pressurized to 830 kPa (120 psi).Purge the air from the system before performing any maintenance to the air system.
Note: Put identification marks on all lines, on all hoses, on all wires, and on all tubes for installation purposes.
Park the machine on a hard, level surface. Lower the scraper bowl to the ground and engage the parking brake. Chock the wheels in order to prevent the machine from moving.
Purge the air from the air tanks.

Install Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device onto rear access panel (1). The weight of rear access panel (1) is approximately 88 kg (194 lb). Remove bolts (2). Remove rear access panel (1) .

Disconnect seven hose assemblies (3) .

Remove bolts (5) and relay valve (4) .Installation Procedure

Position relay valve (4) and install bolts (5) .

Connect seven hose assemblies (3) .

Use Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device in order to install rear access panel (1). The weight of rear access panel (1) is approximately 88 kg (194 lb).
Install bolts (2) into rear access panel (1) .
